Joyce Fan was born in Guangzhou in 1971, graduated from Guangzhou fine arts Academy. After graduation, She have been engaged in advertising and art education for 20 years. She immigrated to Canada in 2017. Joyce fan is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Painting mostly in oil and print. She loved nature, freedom, peace and goodliness.
